Conforms to maximum active area prescribed by the Australian Solar Boat Schools competition. Specifications: 3.5V 6 Watt. Size: 170x260mm. May be connected in either series or parallel depending on motors used and prevailing solar radiation. Approximate weight 74gms. This panel is specifically designed for model solar boat / vehicle challenges and should be handled with extreme care. The panels are not intended for extended permanent outdoor use or for commercial purposes. Whilst the panel is not being used for active racing, it should be covered properly to completely shade the active area of the panel. In this way undue heating of the panel and decreased efficiency will be avoided.
